Lavender Fragrance Oil

A true-to-flower lavender with a fresh, herbal edge. Eucalyptus and bergamot brighten the top, lavender and green fern carry the heart, and patchouli and light musk give it a soft, lasting base. A staple for spa and relaxation candles.

• Typical candle load: 6–10%, within the limit of your wax

Using it in candles

Weigh the oil instead of measuring by volume. Stir it into fully melted wax for about two minutes at the temperature your wax maker recommends, then pour. Let candles cure before judging the scent throw, and burn test each wax, wick and fragrance combination.
