At Essential Candle Supply, we strive to prepare and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information & Carrier Pickup
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that receiving tracking information does not necessarily mean the parcel has already been collected by the shipping carrier.
In most cases, carriers pick up shipments from our warehouse on the following business day after the tracking number has been generated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout (such as “Next Day” or “Express Delivery”) are automatically generated by the carrier based on your location after the shipment has been picked up.
These transit time estimates are not controlled or guaranteed by Essential Candle Supply.
